At British Military Badges we found a similar plaque on sale for £250: “Moulded ivory coloured bakelite wall plaque. Measures approx. 35 X 58 cm and weighs about 3kg. Made by De La Rue Plastics {their name is on the back of the plaques}.  The War Savings Campaign was set up by the British Government in November 1939. These wall plaques were presented to organisations for raising above a certain amount of money.”
