Jessica Turner

Categories: Benefactor

Known as Bill. Donated many of her sister's and father's sculptural works to public institutions. From V&A: while her sister studied sculpture Jessica "was content to assist her father".

The auction result website, our Picture source, captions the image as "Alfred M. Turner Portrait bust of Jessica Turner". Unless the American painter, AMT, also had a daughter named Jessica, we think this attribution is a mistake and this bust shows our Jessica, by her sculptor father, Alfred Turner.
