Anthony Perry

Theatre producer, director, writer, and community worker.

First Director of the North Kensington Amenity Trust, 1971-6, the forerunner of what is now the Westway Trust. Through his work in the area, many spaces for the local community were created. Also during this time he  assisted in the development of the Notting Hill Carnival. In 1973 he organised a public meeting to save the Carnival. This was attended by Leslie Palmer who became the new organiser.
