Warwick Farm Dairies, J. Welford & Sons, proprietors.
This stone was laid by Miss Annie F. Welford on the 12th April 1881.

The plaques are on the white tiled wall below the Shirland Road street sign. Some photos of the unveiling of the more recent plaque, show it was originally erected below the older plaque, whereas now (2023) it is above.
