Octavia Housing

Categories: Property, Social Welfare

Not-for-profit organisation with a strong track record in social housing and providing care services. Originated as Horace Street Trust and became a model for many subsequent housing associations. We believe this is the same organisation that used to be known as 'Octavia Foundation' and 'Octavia Hill Housing Trust'.

The Rowe Housing Trust, based in Notting Hill, merged with Octavia Housing, before 1971 we think, and for a time the organisation was known as the Octavia Hill & Rowe Housing Trust.
