Site: Folgate Street houses (1 memorial)

E1, Folgate Street , 12 - 14

Folgate Street was known as White Lion Street until 1938.  On the south side of the street number 10, two houses to the left (east) of 12 and 14, is Denis Severs House, and if you've not visited - go!

2015: Norton Folgate and the few little streets in this area is at risk of redevelopment.   The magnificent Spitalfields Life tells all, with lots of photos.  On another post Spitalfields Life has photos of this area from the mid-seventies vs. today.
