Planted by H.E. Dr. L. M. Singhvi, High Commissioner for India in UK, in the presence of The Rt. Hon. Lord Bingham of Cornhill, Lord Chief Justice of England, in remembrance of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, an architect of Free India's Constitution.
February 19th 1997.
