Rosehaugh Stanhope self-build housing initiative for the unemployed

Categories: Property, Social Welfare

Concept

Rosehaugh Stanhope Developments was responsible for a number of high-profile developments in the City, such as Broadgate. The Independent's 1992 report on the failure of the Rosehaugh company describes: ".. a company with more subsidiaries than employees. Rosehaugh's downfall lay in this labyrinthine construction, a spaghetti bowl of mostly poor investments."

We would have liked to find more information about the self-build housing initiative for the unemployed but we can't find anything.
