Aims are to preserve the character and features of the area, and works closely with local councillors, the London Borough of Bromley and other local organisations to take up local issues and concerns.
We think the "Croydon's Heritage" plaques must be erected by a section of Croydon Council. Certainly the Picture source website refers to the heritage plaques.
We don't know for sure that the HPEA is the "Hyde Park Estate" that erected the Dearmer plaque but it's the best candidate that we could find.
