Architect particularly associated with Dulwich. Born 39 Ely Place, Holborn, eldest son of architect Sir Charles Barry. His other London work includes the forecourt of Burlington House and the Great Eastern Hotel at Liverpool Street Station. Died Worthing.

2019: Ian Visits posted about a Dulwich house designed by Barry in the Gothic style, but built in concrete using an early patented shuttering technique. Recently restored and run by a housing trust.
