The top of the plaque can just be seen in our photo, to the right of the left-most yellow cone.

From Earsathome: Dockwra and his partner "had a Head Office in Lime Street and 7 sorting offices. In two years it had grown to four to five hundred receiving houses, with messengers who delivered between 5 and 15 times daily."
