The arch from the Victorian drinking fountain has been rescued and reused above a modern drinking fountain, which no longer produces water. Not a successful project, functionally or aesthetically.

MDFCTA confirms that this fountain is of a unique design but we can find no reference to the designer/architect.
Nice flowers in the upper level. Surely not even a dog would want to drink from the lower level?
