William Strong

Probably born in Dorset. Clergyman who worked at St Dunstan in the West, Westminster Abbey, and St Margaret's Westminster. Also spoke before the Houses of Parliament. Buried Westminster Abbey.

When Charles II was restored to the throne he ordered the disinterment of the bodies of Oliver Cromwell and his supporters, including Strong, and their reburial in an unmarked pit in St Margaret's churchyard, Westminster.
