Born Lublin, Poland. 27-year-old cycle courier killed by collision with a HGV, a 32-tonne Scania tipper truck, whilst working for Anderson Young.

In November 2004 Terence Mark Fallows, driver of the HGV that killed Sebastian pleaded guilty to driving without due care & attention. He received a sentence of 6 endorsement points on his driving license, was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £230 costs.
