Andrew Behan has kindly carried out further research: Sam Di Lieto was born on 26 April 1975, the son of Martin C. Di Lieto and Linda A. Di Lieto, née Allen and his birth was registered in Barnet, Hertfordshire. He lived in Russell Square, Bloomsbury and died, aged 24 years, on 5 October 1999 in the Ladbrook Grove rail disaster when he was travelling to work. He was buried at Ashdon Cemetery, Ashdon, Saffron Walden, Essex.
