Our photo comes from Jersey Heritage where it is captioned: "Photograph of the Reverend W. Peebles Fleming, the new minister of St John's Congregational Church" and handwritten, below the photo, "14 Nov. 1950".
We also found Rev.W. Peebles Fleming officiating at a funeral in Whitstable, Sussex in 1940.
Seems likely that these are both our man.

Incorporated June 1896. We can't find any information about this organisation but think the NBWTA possibly mutated into the BWTA.
Non-conformist minister. Born in Cambridgeshire. Died Hackney. Buried in Bunhill burial ground.
