Arthur William Regelous, popularly known as Peter, worked as a carman in Hackney. Died in a fire at 423 Hackney Road on the night of 19/20 April 1902. His funeral started at 43, Pott Street, Bethnal Green so that was probably his home, but no buildings from that date survive there. For more details see our page for the fire.
