Lilibeth Tobilla Macalolooy was born on 2 November 1961 in the Philippines the daughter of Wincislao Macalolooy (1895-1975) and his second wife Natividad Macalolooy née Tobilla (1925-1998).

Our Picture Source and the Clipper Crew website gives more information about her including that she started working as a flight attendant with Pan American World Airways in 1985. She died, aged 27 years, on 21 December 1988 as a flight attendant aboard Pan AM Flight 103 travelling from London (Heathrow) Airport to John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York City, when it exploded over Lockerbie, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.

She is also commemorated in the Garden of Protection, Lot 3970, Space 1 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, Orange County, California, USA, on both the Memorial to all the Victims and the World Wings International plaque that are at Dryfesdale Cemetery, Dumfries Road, Lockerbie, DG11 1HZ, as well as on the memorial cairn in Arlington National Cemetery, 1 Memorial Avenue, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia, USA.
