The Deceased on Line website shows her as Veronica Kathleen Hughes and that her body was buried on 6 March 1975 in the London Borough of Camden.

She is shown as 'HUGHES, KATHLEEN' on the Moorgate tube disaster memorial in Finsbury Square, London, EC2.
