Jane A. Fairey B.A. (Hons)

B.A. (Hons) is a university degree. Jane Alison Fairey was born on 6 January 1960 in Luton, Bedfordshire. She was the eldest of the three children of Peter J. Fairey and Ann Fairey née Dixon. Her sister, Stephanie A. Fairey was born in 1962 in Luton and her brother, Jonathan Mark Fairey, was born in 1969 in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

Electoral registers in 1980 show her listed with her parents at 16 Patterdale Close, Dunstable. She died, aged 27 years, on 18 November 1987 in the King's Cross Underground Station fire.

Administration of her estate was granted on 30 June 1988 and probate records show her address as 12a Crane Grove, Highbury. Her effects did not exceed £70,000. The subsequent fire investigation report described her as unmarried and a stockbroker.
