Active in 1864. Prompted by London Details we think this school committee man might be "Iron Henry". Born in London he set up an iron foundry with his brother at Regent's Canal Ironworks, Eagle Wharf Road, which is just a few streets to the north of the school with the memorials. They made the ironwork for some prestigious constructions, such as Buckingham Palace and the Royal Exchange. Died at home in Montagu Square.
