We can find very little about this man. c.1968: "We called a meeting at the home of Brian Henderson who was the nephew of Russell Henderson and in attendance were Junior Telfor, Selwyn Baptiste, Russ Henderson, Peter Joseph, Russell Valdes, Brian Henderson and Horace James..." where the on-going management of the Notting Hill Carnival was discussed."
