Susheila N. Cottle

Shusheila Nirmala Singh was born on 21 March 1959.

In 1976 she married Toni E. Cottle in the Waltham Forest registration district and they had three children. Marvin Tonie Cottle was born on 1 August 1976 but died a few days later on 7 August 1976 and whose birth and death were registered in the Waltham Forest registration district. Marvyn Tonie Cottle was born the following year and his birth was registered in the Hackney registration district. Dean Tonie Cottle was born on 9 May 1980 and his birth was registerd in the Waltham Forest registration district.

She died, aged 28 years, together with her youngest son and her brother Rai Mohabib Singh, on 18 November 1987 in the King's Cross Underground Station fire. It was reported that all three were returning home having visited her son, Marvyn Tonie Cottle at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.

The funeral of all three took place on 25 November 1987 at the City of London Cemetery and Crematorium at Aldersbrook Rd, Manor Park, London E12 5DQ.

Probate records show that her home address was 24 Terrence Messenger Tower, Olive Close, London, E11.

The subsequent fire investigation report described her as a housewife.
