Site: Hanwell Clock Tower (1 memorial)

This clock tower has a non-identical pair, in Northolt, erected with the same text on the plaque and created by the same clockmaker, but in a very different tower.
In the early 1970s an estate agent wanted this "dreadful concrete eyesore" removed and replaced with something more pleasing, but, thankfully, it was restored instead.
