The plaques read left to right chronological by birth date. We've taken the dates on each plaque to be date of birth and date of death but a contact has informed us that this is not true for Dan Parkes (the most recent in the collection) - the second date for him is the date he retired. So now we are unsure what the second date signifies for the others.

This modern building sports a clock (of course) with Roman numeral hours and, on the side, "XXXIII" or 33, the street number.
