E1, Newark Street, 38, John Garnett House

From Survey of London: This building, designed by A. W. Blomfield, was erected in 1864-5 as a vicarage. Enlarged in 1869, it was converted to hostel use c.1997.

The streets south of the hospital are a fascinating mix of archetectural styles.
