City of Westminster

Site: Anna Neagle and Herbert Wilcox (1 memorial)

W1, Park Lane, 63 - 64

The plaque is on the side of the building in South Street.

On the west facade of this building, above an entrance door, there is a crest with "1931", almost certainly the date of the building, and a relief showing a city gate, which looks very like the one at National Provincial Bank in Bishopsgate.
