Richard Fitzalan, 11th Earl of Arundel

Had been one of the group who arranged for the execution of Simon Burley. King Richard never forgave that, and when Fitzalan joined Gloucester to oppose the King's peace with France the King took the opportunity to arrest him and arrange for his execution by decapitation on Tower Hill. Note: the plaque on Tower Hill has him as the 3rd Earl of Arundel but that one died coming home from a crusade so it must be a mistake.
