Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II

Categories: Royalty

The 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II, the first such celebration in the history of the British monarchy. The Platinum Jubilee weekend was 2-5 June 2022 but celebrations were muted compared with other jubilee years, and indeed the Queen died in September that year, age 96.

Everything is designed with the media in mind - even the cake!
