Margaret Nakajima

Andrew Behan attempted to research this lady and wrote: "The only lady I could trace by consulting both the 'England & Wales, Civil Registration Death Index, 1916-2007' held at the General Register Office, London and the 'England and Wales, Death Index, 1989-2018', was a Margaret Ann Nakajima who was born on 2 May 1941. She lived in the E1 London Postal District and died, aged 59 years, on 1 July 2000 and her death was registered in Westminster.

I feel confident that this is our lady. I would have hoped to have traced a birth record from 1941 if she was single woman and born in the UK, but nothing was found. Likewise I have tried to find a marriage of a 'Margaret Ann' to a 'Nakajima' in the UK which would have given her maiden name, but again without success. I can only conclude that if any marriage took place, it was not within the UK, so I'm stymied and can go no further, but at least we have her full name, the fact that she resided locally, together with her dates of birth and death."
