Lord Monkswell

Liberal politician. Born as Robert Collier. He entered the House of Lords as the Second Lord Monkswell on his father's death in 1886, and later served in the government of William Ewart Gladstone and briefly as Under-Secretary of State for War under Lord Rosebery.
