Welfare worker. All we can find out about her is contained in her plaque in Redcross Street where she lived. She was the manager of the Central London School for Orphans and Destitute Children at Hanwell, a long commute from Redcross Street so perhaps she lived elsewhere at that time.

The plaque actually commemorated just the friendship between the people of Ottawa and the people of Holborn but this seemed a bit narrow so we have broadened the scope of the rapport.
