Kelly's Beckenham Directory for 1916 lists a Frank Jeffery as the manager of London City & Midland Bank Limited 241 Beckenham Road. That seems likely to be our man - an upstanding citizen with some money and influence. We're guessing that his profile is on the Stanley Halls because he contributed to its erection in some generous way.
