Sculptor. CBE, RA. Born at Queen Charlotte's Hospital, Marylebone Road, London. Enlisted with The Artists' Rifles in World War I. Died Princess Beatrice Hospital, Kensington. (Not to be confused with Frank Dobson, the London MP active around 2000-15.)
