Broderick Arthur Dewhurst was born on 21 March 1955 in Blackburn, Lancashire, the son of Albert Dewhurst and Lily J Dewhurst née Abbott. He died on 3 December 1990, aged 35 years. Probate records show that he had been living at Flat 1, 35 Muswell Hill Road, London, N10.
