John Andrews

John Andrews was born in 1959 and in September 2001 he married Tracy Lovick (1964-2004) in the Hertford and Ware registration district, Hertfordshire.

According to the BBC News website he lived in Chingford, Essex and was staying in a beach front bungalow with his wife at the Charlie Beach Resort in Phi Phi, Thailand. On the morning of the disaster they had breakfast with friends and had returned to the hut when the wave hit. It was destroyed and the couple were not seen alive again. He was aged 45 years.

Our Picture Source states that his body was not identified until 26 June 2005 and he was cremated overseas.
