The plaque is low on the white upright between the centre and right-most door/window.

This Grade II* listed building was designed and built in the Arts and Crafts style in 1914 by the architect Charles Canning Winmill of the Fire Brigade Branch of the London County Council Architects Department. The building plan is L-shaped with an accommodation range to Eton Avenue and the appliance room (in our photo) facing Lancaster Grove. The large brick tower used for drills and hose-drying connects the two.

Closed in 2014.  By 2020 Tate Harmer had converted it into 20 apartments.

Dezeen have some lovely photos and architectural drawings, but we couldn't see the firemen's poles, which have apparently been retained.
