(relocated) Thomas Chatterton - first

Inscription

In a house on this site Thomas Chatterton died August 24th 1770.
Corporation of the City of London

Site: Thomas Chatterton - first (1 memorial)

EC1, Brooke Street

2022: Timothy Fox drew our attention to the fact that this building and the plaque have gone (demolished 2018). Yet another spreadsheet type building has arrived and there's nowhere obvious for the plaque to be added.

2023: Sebastian Cooper has found the re-erected plaque - it's in Brooke Street, on the side of the new building which is called 150 Holborn.
