Sir Norman Wisdom, O.B.E., 1915-2010, Britain's best loved comedy actor, was born and lived here, Paddington Development Trust.

Plaque unveiled by Nick Wisdom (his son) and Robin Gibb, who were showered with loose plaster in the process.
