The engraved stone is below the window on the ground floor flank wall.

A London Inheritance has a photo of this corner immediately after the war, with no building and a temporary wooden plaque on a post: "Corporation of London. On this site at 12.15am on the 25th August 1940 fell the first bomb on the City of London in the Second World War."  The exact same wording.
