Site: Churchill statue - Parliament Square (1 memorial)

SW1, Parliament Square

It is said that this statue is charged with a small electrical current to stop pigeons landing on it and creating a mess. Difficult to prove, but if you ever see a happy pigeon on Winston that would disprove it, so let us know.
