The Guardian writes: "The flat, with its little bit of grandeur in the stained glass over the narrow front door, was the first comfortable, permanent home for the brothers {Charlie and Sydney}, and they furnished it with £40 worth of cheap, gaudy furniture – £15 over their budget."
