Medlar, Mespilus Germanica L. (Var. Nottingham)
The gift of Liddell's House, Westminster School. Planted on 15th March 1993 to replace a London Plane tree damaged in the storm of 25th January 1990.

Westminster has 11 houses some of which have boarders. Liddell's is a mixed boarding house in Little Dean's Yard with seven places for sixth form girls.
