Lord Mayor in 1925-6. Born Hoxton. Chairman of Pryke & Palmer Ltd, iron and hardware merchants. Member of the governing body of the Irish Society though we could find no immediate Irish heritage at The Peerage. The photograph was taken on the day of the Lord Mayor's Show, 9 November 1925.
