Giovanni Battista Comolli

Italian sculptor. From Wikipedia: After 1816 till about 1820, he moved to London, where despite his prior adulation of Napoleon, he was flattered with repeated commissions. Here he made busts of Lord Fox, of the Duke of Gloucester, of the Marquis of Buckingham, of Thomas Grenville, and also completed the marble altar for the Catholic Church of St. Mary Moorfields, reconsecrated in London in 1820. Around 1820, he returned to Milan.

Trying to identify the subjects: we think the Lord Fox is probably the 3rd Baron Holland.  According to Wikipedia there was no Duke of Gloucester 1751-1928 so we have no idea who this is. The Marquis of Buckingham is probably Richard Temple-Nugent-Brydges-Chandos-Grenville, 1st Duke of Buckingham and Chandos (1776-1839).
