Cypress Oak

Categories: Gardens / Agriculture

Rather than risk life and limb in trying to get to the central reservation, we have borrowed a photograph. The latin name Quercus Robur translates as 'hardy oak'. The cultivar 'Fastigiata' is different from the rest of the group in that it only grows to between ten and fifteen metres high. We are unable to determine any symbolic link between this tree and Lionism.
