Wealthy businessman living in London, 70 South Audley Street, who introduced the Duke of Windsor to golf. More importantly he initiated the Eagle Squadrons whereby American pilot volunteers could help the Allies in WW2 before America joined. He and his friends paid for the processing, transport and training of the volunteers. Born Pennsylvania. Died Florida but buried in London.
