Our colleague, Andrew Behan, found this lady's death registered in the Ealing Registration District, London. Fortunia Margaret Moses was born on 8 December 1949. She died, aged 53 years, in the Acton, London, W3 area on 15 March 2003.

Electoral registers in 1972 list Cashopeh Patrick Weil,(c.1928-2018), Dulecia Weil, Fortunia Weil, Patricia (sic) Weil and Simonett P. Weil at 30 Westville Road, London, W12 9BD.

Fortunia Margaret Weil married Peter S. Moses in the 4th quarter of 1971 in the Hammersmith Registration District, London and the birth of their daughter, Candace Irianele A. Moses, was registered in the 2nd quarter of 1972 in the Hammersmith Registration District.

She is shown as 'Fortunia Moses' on the Sierra Leone Trees plaque in Acton Park, London, W3.
