In our photo the tree plaque can be seen to the right of the monument.
This plaque is on the left hand side of the courtyard.
We have found that the plaque was unveiled by the Mayor of Greenwich, but there is no indication that Greenwich Council actually erected it.
The El-Wahabi family lived on the 21st floor.
