Organisation which relieves need, hardship or distress among men and women who served in the British and allied forces, and the nursing services in the Burma Campaign in WW2. Membership is restricted to those who were awarded the Burma Star medal.

We found more than one Roberto Arancibia who might be the one referred to on the plinth and none of them seem to be Generals, so we have failed to identify him.
Resident of Willesden who volunteered and died in the Anglo Boer War, 1899-1900.
